Coffee

1. Coffee has become nothing but a guaranteed case of hurtburn.
2. Adding milk/cream/half ‘n’ half only helps make the heartburn less painful.

Gotham by Night

Gotham by Night, originally uploaded by Arnold Pouteau’s.

Well this is a lovely photo.

I do have to wonder what has happened to the last month? I’ve been busy reading – Banks’ “Player of Games”, Haldeman’s “Forever War”, Zafon’s “Shadow of the Wind”, “Lost Cities” and I still have about 6 books in the to be read pile. Busy Busy Busy

The Ministry of Truth Revisited, originally uploaded by Ronald Hackston.

Reading “The Somnambulist” by J. Barnes. Fun mashup of things – Doyle, Mieville, Gaiman. Barnes takes it all over the top a bit and so keeps it from being overly serious. Good recreation reading.
